1. What we collect

  • Account information: email, name, payment method (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number).
  • Operational data: the tickets you create and any content you process through the service.
  • Usage data: which features you use, how many tickets you process — for billing and service improvement.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, browser info, error logs — for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

  • Provide the service and bill you for what you used
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, security)
  • Improve reliability and detect abuse

3. What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share it with advertisers.
  • We do not use your content to train models.

4. Data retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
  • Operational data: stored as long as you keep it; deletable from the app at any time.
  • Usage data: anonymized after 24 months.

5. Your rights

  • Access: download all your data at any time.
  • Delete: request full account deletion.
  • Export: standard formats (JSON, CSV).
  • Correct: update your account anytime.

6. GDPR (EU residents)

The Fair Company acts as a data controller. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance. Email privacy@faircompany.ai to exercise your rights.

7. CCPA (California residents)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email privacy@faircompany.ai to exercise your rights.

8. Subprocessors

We use a small set of trusted subprocessors (e.g. Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for edge, Resend for email). Full list at /docs.

9. Children

FairDesk is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
